Default question on quality
I tried to google this first with no luck.

I am looking to purchase a portable video player.
It is a 7" TFT LCD screen with 800x 480 pixels. It does have an out put for HD (1080) for viewing on a TV.

So how good a quality is a TFT LCD screen itself ?

Would a High Definition LCD Display, 1024 x 600 resolution be better?
