I cannot drag and drop !!

I just bought e344 and connected to my pc.
when it is connected to pc (window xp sp3), it says that it is connected.
however, if i go double click "my computer", i dont even see a folder
i have to open the folder to drag and drop.
but i dont even have a folder on my computer

what should i do?
it says that it is connected.

plus, if i connect it to my labtop (window vista), i can see the
walkman folder on "my computer" and thus able to open the folder.

can anyone tell me what i should do?
