i have a samsung 20 gb yh-925 model, and the hdd is crashed, with and error reading: FAILED TO INITIALIZE HDD

i was reading a forum back from august saying something about that you can trade-in your yh-925 for a yb-z5
because it is supposedly "unrepairable"

any one else heard of this?

also, would i be better off replacing the HDD or trading it in?
