Default Must I always refresh library after adding songs?

If I have dragged songs from my computer to my T9B using Windows file browser, the new titles don't show up in the T9's browser until I have refreshed the library using the Samsung Media Studio. Is it possible to 'drag and drop' and have songs appear in the T9s playlist without the need for Media Studio?

You can go to settings, system, then hit library update from the T9 itself.

I recall a post about being able to get the battery for around $40. Also someone posted pictures of the T9 disassembled and the battery was soldered in. If you know how to solder, you could replace it. Anyone recall the post?

the battery isn't soldered in. I have 2 yp-t9 and both have removable batteries. you just pull the pin from the motherboard.
