Reusing View LCD and scrollwheel...

My view has kicked the bucket. I've narrowed it down to bad integrated FLASH memory.

I've decided what might be fun is to reuse the LCD and scrollwheel in a custom media player project (for car application). Maybe build a little ARM based system running linux. Is there information on the scrollwheel pinouts? Informatoin on the LCD pnouts?

I know I could just buy components, but figured why not use what I have for "free".
