I have Sansa clip plus 8GB model and one micro SD card of 4GB. 8GB internal memory is almost full (90 per cent) with songs.
I have to record a long lecture of one hour or so. So my question: Will Sansa Clip automatically record (or transfer) the lecture on the 4GB micro card (instead of internal memory) or shall I have to program it first? Please advise. |

I don't have the clip+. I posed this same question and the reply was recorded music goes to internal memory. I would move stuff over to the 4GB card, Free up at least 2GB.
It would be nice to record to a card so you could remove and save/replace, maybe I'm wrong, if not perhaps it could be requested as a feature. |

The Clip+ only records to internal memory. If you want to do plenty of voice recording, then use your pc to move some of the files in main memory to the card memory.
