The download page on the sansa forums has instructions. But basically you put the bin on your player and then disconnect the player.

You could name the folders as dates rather than names.

I know of NO player that does this unless you rename the albums to include the release date. You should regret owning an MP3 player at all because you're asking things of them that they dont do.

You're probably not in MSC mode. In MSC mode the device mounts as a USB hard disk and you can copy files over with whatever file names you want. Use that.
