That's peculiar. I heard somewhere around these parts that the P2/P3 have bad resolution. I probably can't find a quote, but I know I heard someone say the resolution was bad on those two players. I don't believe it's true, though...

Resolution (dots per inch) and your ability to appreciate it are two different things. The Samsung P2/P3 have the same total pixels as the Cowon S9 does, but they squeeze them into less space. Their image is smaller but their resolution is higher. I prefer the larger OLED screen of the S9 though thanks to better contrast ratio and better viewing angles. Someone send me an M1 and I'll tell you what I think of it too.

and the m1?? i notice huge difference on response time, very minimum picture shadows/tails compared to my YP-P2, especially on high speed motions..

On the left: YEPP normal (without DMB) M1: Only available in Korea (and in some other Asian countries maybe)

On the right: Samsung M1 for the rest of the world

Has someone found a compatible 720p HD video?
I don't find any that works on the M1...

the UI of ipod touch is simple when korean DAPs (iriver k1, p3/m1, cowon S9) are more complex (widget,UCI ,themes, etc) , so korean dap always win in design but lose in UI speed/response vs. Ipod touch and Zune HD
