Help with icons

I have managed to instal 3 custom icons so far. A music icon,photo viewer icon and settings icon using claws custom icon manager.These three icons work well. My problem is,i have made a video icon which appears as it should on the main screen like the three others ive made.But when i tap icon the screen freezes and i have to reset my cowon s9. The same happens with a document icon ive made.
What am i doing wrong
Should i be typing video.swf where it has Flash File (.swf) in the custom icon manger.Or am i going wrong somewhere else.
