Yes you can.
Go to Settings -> Music -> Play Mode and select Shuffle.
Then:
Music -> Now Playing

If you want to shuffle by author, genre or album select the appropriate menu voice.

To return to normal play mode:

Settings -> Music -> Play Mode and select Normal

Simple. Isn't it ?
