Default Replace Zen Sleek Photo HD with CompactFlash?

Just curious if anyone has successfully replaced the hard drive of a Zen Sleek Photo with a CompactFlash card. If so, is an adapter necessary? (manufacturer, model, link?) I know there is a CF to IDE adapter, and I think it's used for some obscure player named Ipod, but I'd like to stick to my ZSP -- it just seems nicer!

Thanks for any info!
Creative Zen, Zen Vision:M, Zen V Plus (retired), Zen Sleek Photo (retired), Creative Nomad Jukebox 2 (retired), Sansa Clip on the bedstand and a couple of Zips as spares, miscellaneous flash players

I fetched a sleek photo specifically for this goal and am happy to report it works perfectly with a 64gb dolgix cf!
a slight downside is that I damaged the headphone port but I use the line out through a headphone amp mostly anyway. Now I'm craving a 128GB upgrade
Obviously you'll need a cf to 1.8 ide converter. 6 bucks bought me six of those via ebay - took a while to ship but once installed they just work

I forgot to mention which adapter I used; this one.
Bought mine from a seller called Great_Digital iirc, but they should all be the same exact item. Only cost me a dollar a pop and the nylon wrapper of a cigarette box acts fine as an insulator when installed in the zen sleek photo
