Here in the US, Toys-R-Us is clearing out much of their Creative stock. My local store had three Creative wall chargers in the clearance bin at under $10 each. I'm sure that the availability varies, and when the store is out they're gone, but if you have a Toys-R-Us nearby it might be worth a visit.
And if your local store is my local store, they have two in the bin now.
