So I got a 4GB Clip+ and I love it, but it keeps freezing up on me. There's two albums in my collection that I think were converted over from some weird formats like FLAC and M4A, and every time they come up, my Clip freezes and I have to reset it. They come up irritatingly frequently, too.
I can't find the offending albums in MSC mode, the only ones that actually appear are the properly working versions. I don't want to have to format my player; that seems annoyingly time-consuming, and I might lose something that I can't get back. What's going on? What should I do?
