iRiver P7 settings

I have a P7 16 gb with new 1.40 firmware.
I would like to set up this player for optimal bass/treble.
Can you help me? Anyone use Sennheiser CX500 too?
My first problem is the treble. Too much for me (when SRS WOW is on).
Can anybody write the values on settings (truebass,wow etc. etc)?

Try to use the EQ itself, but the volume is limited to 30 when EQ is on.
I actually use CX500 G4ME without any SRS or EQ. Just pure NORMAL. I'm really satisfied with the combination of the player and earphones.
