Default Using a High output charge

Just wondering if using a higher current charger would damage the player. Like 1000mah instead of the 500mah provided by usb.
Thanks

The clip always charges at about a max of 250 mA (IIRC), so it won't matter as long as the charge provides the right voltage.

BTW, the unit is "mA" not "mah". "mah" is battery capacity not current.

The Clip just takes what it needs, and so a higher mA is fine.

A higher current charger is a good idea, because when ran at a lower fraction of total capable output power it is less likely to suffer heat stress/failure, especially when talking about some of the $4 specials out there which are a bit crudely designed and optimistically rated.
