D2+ Very Slow Transfer Speed, Vista

Hey guys,

I've been a proud owner od the D2+ since last year, running the 3.11 Firmware. I recently re-formatted my notebook and my transfer speeds for songs are approximately 1-2mb/sec which is very slow. I remember having faster transfer speeds before I reformatted my notebook. And it is advertised and confirmed at almost every review site that the real transfer speeds are supposed to be 30-40mb/sec.

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this and speed up my file transfers? I'm actually going to try to uninstall the USB driver interface, and uninstall the Cowon software now. I'd appreciate other suggestions though.
