D2+ constantly won't turn on without hard reset

I've had a D2+ for a few months and constantly encountering a problem where it doesn't turn on without a hard reset. I've never had to press the reset button so many times before! It usually happens after loading music (with the player safely disconnected) and after using the sleep timer. Sometimes it just randomly doesn't turn on. Is there something wrong with it?

Your help would be much appreciated.

What firmware version you using? And have you tried formatting the player and flashing it with the firmware again?

The firmware version is 2.13, just recently upgraded from v2.11.

Yes, I've tried formatting and flashing the firmware. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped.
