Hi,
So I just ordered a pair of CX300 IIs @ half price on mymemory same days ago and I was looking for a spare pair. I found two of them: - Soundmagic PL30 (on Focalprice) - Ultimate Ears Metro.Fi 150 on MyMemory, the UEs are @ half price there (15.99 pounds) so I wanna get some opinion on what I should get. I listen to Classics, Rock, Metal, Slow, Trance, Dance and almost all kinds of music. Please suggest. Thank you

You may wish to edit your thread title so that people here have a better idea of what you are asking for. "IEM Confusion" is honestly not much more descriptive than "HELP ME!!!111!" as a title.
You can edit your thread title by double-clicking on the existing title from within thread listing view.

I've read good reviews about the Soundmagic IEMs around forums, but not to many people seem to write about the UE's

I really love my pl20s. Upgrading from some fake apple ibuds, I was relly blown away. I have a friend with the cx300 II and, while, they are nice, the pl20s are much more detailed. I'd imagine the pl30s are similar.
A word of caution, though: I've heard that the bass boost knob on the pl30s can fall off. just saying.

I made this recommendation in another thread, but if you like dance and trance then the Meelectronics Ai-M9 are the absolute best you can buy for those genres at your price point. Sound quality is of course subjective, but for the music you listen to I truly don't think there is a better budget IEM. That they also have the best build quality in their class is another bonus. In the states, they cost $20. You may want to e-mail meelectronics customer service to find out what shipping would cost you.
