samsung ypz5f music player freezed-please HELP!!!

the player has freezed nothing is working , is not connecting with the U.S.B, and the light also does.nt go off , the time has hanged , no button on the touchpad seems to work,it does not even gets switched off and the songs don't play PLEASE HELP!!!

I know that it's a few months late to be responding to this question.

However, the exact same thing happened to my Z5 this past week. I just left it sitting on my desk, pressing a button to turn on the light whenver I thought of it. After a few days, it said battery is low, so I plugged it into my computer, and now everything works.

So if this happens to you, just be patient for a few days.
