Generic 16 GB Video/MP3 player help!

Hi, I have a generic touch-screen 16 Gb MP3/Video player which won't finish booting. I've had it less than a week, there is no manufacturer information that I can find (I got it off eBay.) Any suggestions? I've already tried using the hardware reset and all it does is shut down the player and when I flip the switch again, it goes right back to where it was stating "Welcome" in big letters with small text below stating "loading".

It has three buttons on the bottom edge in the following order - M + and also has an SD card slot and a camera built-in. On the back are stickers that say 16GB and "QCB" with an "M" undeneath the QCB.

I'm sure it's going to be next to impossible to identify the manufacturer but I'm holding out a slim hope someone here has seen this problem before.
