Streaming to device???

Hi,

Although I have been looking all over the Internet, I don't know how to find a particular product. I have been a big fan of this site and thought you might be able to help.

I have a few thousand CDs that I am ready to transfer to MP3 (my CD player finally died). Once those will be all transferred to my computer, I would like to continue using my high end audio system in the living room. So I would like to wirelessly send/stream music from my computer to the living room. I would like to find a device (preferably a MP3 player as opposed to a simple receiver type box). I would like to stay away from Ipod and Zune as I am not a fan of their proprietary software (kinda of sold on MediaMonkey). I have a limited budget but could go up to CDN$300.
