Installing Fireware... Please Help
Hi!!!
I apologise in advance as there are many threads like this one but I really need your help. I've just purchased the K3 and like many, found that you could not create playlists, so as advised by these threads, downloaded Fireware 3.05 from the Samsung site. it downloaded as a Winzip file. How do I install it??? Also, when I create an Album in SMS5, it does not let me transfer any songs into the album. Is there a way to get it to work? Please help asap

I don't know about SMS since I don't (and won't) use it, but to install the firmware extract the .zip file with 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) and copy the files from inside it to the K3 in the main folder.
