Videos are being fast-forwarded in Emodio

This problem just recently popped up, I don't know if that's still the case though (since there was recently a firmware upgrade for Emodio, I haven't tried it yet).

When I try to convert my MP4 videos to SVI, the video becomes fast forwarded. Then, when I try to convert the video again, it tells me I need the MP4 codecs. So, I follow the link and download it. Try converting again, the video fast fowards again. I try one last time, and it still tells me that I'm missing the codecs.

It's driving me insane, I cannot watch any videos on my MP3!

Does anyone know what the problem might be? I used to be able to convert them, it might've been a firmware glitch
