Help cowon iAudio 7 or Samsung P3 or anything less 200$

So, I have a birthday very soon and want a good sounding player.
I'm gona use it with my koss UR-40 and I can't decide what I need: PMP(Samsung P3), or a very good digital player(iaudio 7).
Please help.

Both of those players would sound good with your UR40, the difference is the P3 would play videos with its big pretty screen, and the i7 has a longer-life battery, but a tiny screen.

I'm definitely not going to use amp, so even then Koss UR-40 will sound good on P3?
