Looks just to be a core UI change than anything else, it also breaks a few things depending on what settings and custom UI you use.

Wow, scroll UI is really much smoother and feels quite nice to flick through my albums, menu's look alot better, widget menu's look alot better.

PS: Tried 1.50 for 30 seconds, now back on 2.41. That godawful tasteless new menu design looks fuglier than any Samsung player. Sorry for the harsh words, but I'm shocked at how childish and tacky everything looks. I'm disgusted. What the hell is wrong with Cowon? The S9 was the first Cowon player that didn't look like crap UI-wise, and now they have to mess it up like this?

Well, that's about the looks.. How about the response? did they improved the responsiveness? Does it has any improved stuff?

For me it's twice as smooth when scrolling and twice as responsive, really loving this update so far!

Hopefully, Claw's UI will solve the ugly GUI.. Just waiting now for the global version. Anyone has an idea when the global version will come out?

I like the look of this, but I am a lil wary the GUI might be harder to use than 1.41.

it looks like they're trying to be like the P3 or something, especially the widget menu. and if that's the only available home screen after this FW update, then what is cowon doing? mainmenu1 was simple. which is what i like about it.

Having initially taken it off in disgust at the childish ugliness of the design, I've put this back on again. I do think the browser scrolling is more responsive and swiping through folders never fails now when you used to have to swipe twice for it to work every now and then.

Since I have Claw UI hiding the ugly menu1 and wallpapers anyway, and now Aero G2 replacing vomit inducing menu3, it's fine for me.

You can also preserve the nicer grownup icons with Claw, as they are still on his UI (and I doubt he will replace them with the new nasty coloured ones).

Menu2 is a nice idea, I'm hoping to get the FLA at some point to mod it to a nicer visual design.
