Im really curious how long repairs are supposed to take. Has anyone sent theirs in and recieved it back yet? Mine has been "In Service" for 11 days now and im getting really impatient. When I filled out the form online it claimed that when they recieve the ZHD they send you a replacement one back out so I originally figured pretty much a 1 day turn around once they recieved it (figured it was just like the xbox replacements seeing how it's the same facility). It's now 16 days since I shipped it in and once they finally repair it (who knows when that will be) I still get to wait for shipping back Yay! lol
