Sansa M230 Media Player 10

I have a Sansa M230. I was not able to sinc most songs to it and not all of the MP3s on it were showing up in explorer or the media player. Couldn’t find a firmware update at Sansa and was afraid of third party downloads because I don’t know what all will come with it. Then I went from media player 9 to 10 and so far, all of my problems with the M230 are gone.
