You can RMA your player directly with Cowon (the recommended way, especially if it's still under warranty), or try to get a broken S9 off eBay or similar.

It's still on warranty, but how much do you think it'd cost? Acetone and superglue... on plastic...

EDIT: Bought it off of Amazon and lost the receipt...

WTH is a "shell"? Are you referring to the protective clear case to cover the S9, or the body of the S9 itself???

Really? I thought the glass was anti-scratch? What caused the scratches on your screen?
