I have a Emo. When I plug it into the computer; (1) Windows does not recognize it and it is not located in My Computer, (2) It will not come on! Do anyone know what to do to this thang! Oh yeh, and my videos does not show. They are saved but no show.

I have the ibeat emo and it worked great at first. Now, I can select an artist and it says "no files!" even though when connected to the computer and I click on e drive, these files show up and play. I've tried adding them again to no avail. It indicates about 30% of storage space still available. What give?
