Samsung Media Studio not Loading?

hey guys i've been using samsung media studio 5 a lot on my windows xp, but i got a new computer (vista) and when i try to load the program nothing shows up. what do i do?

- i tried reinstalling it
- i tried updating it
- i tried using emodio but nothing shows up again
- i tried using the disk that came with my samsung mp3 player
- i tried restarting my computer
