Exclamation Can you use Skype with the samsung p2?

Ok, well i would like to know if i can use skype.
cuz with skype you can make free calls.
and since there is a mic i am wondering if i install skype
on my computer and than drag it into my samsung p2 file willl it show up?
and than how can i call?
does it install a dial pad on there?
where i can dial?
and than can i talk into the mic on there
and i can hear the other person by having the headphones in?
basically can i use skype?
and not need bluetooth or an actual phone?

as of right now? no
but im an optimistic, so im gonna say maybe samsung might change it with another firmware update? (probably not gonna happen, but still keep you fingers crossed =])

Of course not and it will never happen! I really can't understand what role the P2 has in your skype scenario but the only way it could be used as a hands-free device.

The P2 can't do it alone, but I've been able to pair it with an iMac as a headset and use it for Skype.

First, buy an iMac.

Then go into the iMac bluetooth settings and have it look for your P2. One of the protocals it'll support is as a headset. You can then use the Mobile Phone option on the P2 to open up a connection between it and the iMac. It'll work as a mic and earpiece with any app you can run on the iMac, and Skype is no exception.

You can use Bluesoleil for PC too but the sound is very choppy ( from my experience )
