Can Sansa Fuze use other chargers?

I can charge my Fuze with the wall charger that I bought to charge my ipod. It's probably 4-5 years old. There are probably 1000s (OK maybe only 100s) of chargers that can handle ipods. Sorry but don't know about yours.

Hi, I am getting a Fuze to replace my e250. *mourns loss*
My question is, can I use the wall charger that I have for my e250 for the fuze? I have the Macally usb ac charger for sandisk mp3 players. I'm just wondering if it would still work.

I'm wondering if my brother's Ipod USB Power Adapter will work with Sansa fuze:

Specs:
Input: 100-240V 50/60Hz 0.15A
Output: 5-12V ~ 1A Max

What worries me the mos is those 5-12V

12V is way over the top - but I wonder, why 12V? Most iPod charger should be USB compliant (meaning 5V, 1A). I have the official Apple USB charger (5V, 1A) and use it with my Fuze all the time.
