player wont start up

So i recently installed rockbox on my sansa e280r and everything was working well till I decided to fool around and accidently deleted the folder titled .rockbox and also the OF.mi4 file from the system folder. Now when ever i turn on the mp3 player it says "file not found" then shuts off and even worse my computer doesnt recognize it when I plug it in so I cant reverse what I did. Does anyone have ANY insight as to what I might be able to do or is my sansa broken beyond repair?

need to boot into recovery mode and reinstall the e200r firmware and unplug it then it should work again
