Archos 504 battery problem
Hello I bought my archos 504 2 and a half months ago it is updated with the latest firmware. When I tried to turn it on today it wouldn't turn on i tried to charge it via usb it said it was charging as normal but after around 10 seconds it said shutting down. I tried to turn it on again the batterly meter was empty. I am not sure what to do i have had no problems with it before please help.

Hopefully you've long since solved this problem, but for anyone else going through the same thing...
This happened to me just a few days ago. What I *think* solved it was by taking the battery off and pressing & holding the gold reset button for ~20 seconds. I put the battery back on, plugged it in to the computer and it charged fine. -phong

Thanks that was the magic ,who would know it had a reset button on the circuit board,I searched all over for it and could not find it.Thank you thank you
