Sigh. If that deal applied to Canada, I would've gotten it. Hell, the only place in Canada to buy the x1000 series is SonyStyle stores, and worst of all, they cost 499 Canadian, plus 13% tax.

I'll agree. The coupon works. Expires at the end of the month though. Knocked $45 off the 16gb $299 price. Shipping is also free. Looks like I've got an X1051 coming.

Will do. Looks like it'll take till the 30th for my X to arrive. This is one I'll probably try and return though. Still alot of money for crappy WiFi and suspect video support. If it turns out I love it (unlikely, as I'm in love with my S9 at the moment) then it'll get a place in my collection.

I had ordered the 32gb model, but had a shipping snafu (it arrived BEFORE it was scheduled, and no one was home!!!!) so it got sent back to Dell. Now, I'm actually glad it did. I'd be too befuddled between the S9 and this!!!!

I doubt there will be any befuddling going on. Just a simple check of each spec list tells me the S9's larger screen, broader codec support, and requirement to use Sony's earbuds to take advantage of the noise cancelling, lack of bluetooth and more put it lower on my list than S9. I'm looking forward to the UI, and to see how efficient it is relative to the other touchscreens around. Despite the iPod's flashy graphics I find the Samsung P2/P3 easier to get around my media with.

Add the 32GB model to the cart, then go to headphones>earbuds, then add the 10 buck earbuds and then during checkout use the code SUMMER50 to get 50 bucks off 500 or more total which then with taxes (BC) comes out to $459.98 lol which is a lot cheaper than if I would import from a US site that ships to canada.
