For example, I have my music library arranged in folders as follows: <The First Letter of the Name of the Album Artist> / <Album Artist> / <Album> / <Song's Name>.

The Zune looks like it could do everything I need very well. Gapless, good sound, good podcast support etc. Only thing is, it's not available here in the UK yet. I believe Microsoft may release it here before the year is out, I sure hope they do.

yep, its a fact that they've promised to release the HD here, and possibly the zune 8. Although you can get zunes at zune things, for maybe a tenner more than the relative ipod
