Is it possible to extract the pre-loaded songs that was factory loaded through MTP interface? When I look at the volume size, I can clearly see they're occupying the space, but they're not visible in MSC mode. They're visible in WMP, but I can't find a way to copy them back to my PC.
Any work around? I've already run into "not enough space for music DB, please free up" stuff and if I'm going to ever buy subscription music that requires the use of MTP, I'm not going to risk losing all of it, because of some stupid error

For the factory preloaded samples, just switch back to MTP mode, then use Windows explorer to copy them to your hard drive.
DRM protected content is another matter. You'll have to keep those backed up on your PC. |
