I recently did a firmware update to my D2+ (2.10). The update went fine except now the language on the display changed from English to Korean. Since I don't speek Korean, I don't know how to change the language back to English.
I pressed the reset button but it still didn't go back to English. Can anyone hlp me with this? Thanks. |

put the firmware bakc onto the player again (or use the newer 2.11 firmware) and chose USA as the country when it boots, this will change the language back to English

Okay, I'll try it again but that's why I'm having the trouble: After the firmware is loaded, the display goes directly to the main menu without asking about language. It just defaults to Korean.

I haven't used the 2.10 version (I use 3.11) if re-flashing the firmware doesn't help you can always change the setting, it's under settings (gear icon) Display (sunburst) it's the very first item in the list. English is first for me (my player is in english) but it should be in english, not symbols

Thanks Flamin Spirit. It's ok now. After I loaded v2.11, everything went back to English by itself!

2.11 also fixed the BBE back to BBE+, sounds better IMO
