BLUETOOTH where art thou?

I am officially lost now. I admit: I have been beaten by Samsung. For four months now, I've been trying to locate the Samsung firmware that would unleash the BLUETOOTH, which seems to be trapped inside the lifeless corpse of the cold YP-T9JBAB/XAC. Today the final straw has been put on my camel's back. I have been told by Samsung help desk the player menu SHOULD display BLUETOOTH between "microphone - record" and "wrench'en'gear - settings". Tried three times to reinstall two different versions of Samsung firmware - no such thing as BLUETOOTH. What is the mystery behind the illusive BLUETOOTH? Whay doesn't the latest published Samsung firmware (1.72) have that option? Where do I find the software, which uploaded, will give me freedom?
