trekstor i.beat emo -- lost files?

Hello,

I have a trekstor i.beat emo.

Recently, I haven't been able to play any music on it. Instead, I just get a message that says:

No Files!

But when I plugged the thing into a desktop computer, the computer found the files just fine!

What's going on? How do I fix this?
