Desperately Needing Help!

My iriver Clix has become so glitchy and messed up that it's pretty much non-functional.

Since I've unfortunately discovered that iriver online support is USELESS, I was wondering if any one else is having the following problems with their Clix player (2GB version):

- Freezing/ Freezing to the point where one must let the batteries run out before the player will turn off
- Screen hang-ups
- Delayed movement from screen-to-screen (Ex: Music will play for quite a while before the song information page actually appears. Between 10 and 30 or so seconds.)
- Dysfunctional reset key (Unresponsive to freezing.)

Any comments on the subject would be greatly appreciated! Anything at all! iriver has left me feeling so cold and degraded as a customer that I'm about to chuck my player out the window and demand my money back.
