Grrr...calendar/quicklist issues

Has anyone else experienced where their Clix cannot keep the calendar set? I've set it multiple times, yet the time will either reset itself to sometime in 2006, or it slides by about two days and a few hours.

Second thing is, does anyone know why the quicklist one sets up will vanish after a while? Sometimes it happens after charging, and sometimes it happens when don't use it for 2-3+ days. It's quite frustrating when you make long quicklists, then have to do it again and again! In my case, I tend to have to put it together again at 6:45 in the morning on the bus.
