Default Possibility of creating a "Walkman"

Hello im new in that but i have a car audio sytem (Sony) that can read the walkman filesystem (it can read 65000 folders etc, if a walkman is recognized. Probably this will sound crazy , but there is a way where i can convert a good pen drive (8gb) to be recognized as a walkman? or the filesystem is totally propietary and is not availalble? thanks a lot..

The file system (rather "container") of new Sony players is MTP. It's not really proprietary, but it's a hassle in general - and I don't know of any way to make a simple USB stick use it. Doesn't your car deck handle the usual MSC file system?

Oh yes it support the MSC, but it only accept 128 folders (albums) if that is the file system (MSC). But if it is a Walkman it can accept 65000 folders. So thats why i want to try to make a big usb stick or hard drive to be recognized as a walkman. Thanks a lot

Yeah, as I said, Sony Walkman use the MTP file system wrapper, and I never heard of creating that on a normal USB stick.

Just go get a Sony Walkman and hook it up to your system, since I really don't think they'll be a workaround for this 1.
