Converting problem (mp3s)

Hi,

My T10 refuses to accept any music without first "converting" it. But it never does convert it - it stays at 0% forever.
I removed all of the music on the T10 a few days ago (was going to make a fresh start) - since then it's been a paperweight.

I'm very confused, because this has never happened before. I've had my T10 for ages and until now, I've simply been able to drag and drop music into WMP, and sync it, without any problem what so ever.

I have not touched (updated/upgraded) WMP, T10 FW, or anything. So this is seemingly out of the blue.

I do know that I can add music manually by navigating to the T10 through My Computer, but I simply don't want to do that. I want to fix the problem so I can transfer music the way I've always done it - quickly and efficiently through WMP.

That is the best way to do that, but make sure you flash your T10 to MSC firmware, the MSC firmware seems to have less Bugs.
