I have the same earphones and am very satisfied with them. Got them, after I lost (yeah - I literally LOST them
 ) my loved AKG K 324 Ps, but I think they are clones of the CX300s anyway. I use a custom EQ that I set to enhanced bass and (almost) full treble.I think the CX300s offer a great sound  .
