Sup everyone, new here. Got some questions.
Is it possible to bookmark long mp3s on the a729? I hate seeking because I feel like I'll break the button for holding it too long. Plus it takes forever to seek through a 1-2 hr podcast. I like the seeking options for vids. I swear I accidentally bookmarked a preston and steve podcast not too long ago. I can't seem to recreate it. I left off around mid way and went to another song or watched a vid. Went back to the podcast and returned where I left off. I expected it to start from the beginning. Oh also does anybody know the longevity of a729 players? Thanks. |

No, there are no bookmarks. The player will resume from where it was when used last, but that's about it. Besides, when you use the FF or RR it's very fast.

Ok, I just found out that if I switch from podcast to vid, that it'll save my place on the mp3. If I go to another mp3, I'll lose my spot on the podcast.
How do you seek? When I just hold it down, it takes about 6 secs to get past a minute. (too slow for me) If I'm not consistent with the pressure I put, it'll skip to the next song. Is there a way to put time remaining instead of time elapsed on mp3s? Thanks for the quick reply man. |

I listen to a lot of old radio shows. I too, find the ff to the spot I left off annoying. By chance, I found if you put the player in pause, then hit ff, it goes about 100 times faster! Hope this helps.
