Try this...
I was taking apart my e140, and while taking a flash picture of the lcd, the lcd went off. It came back on after a reboot, though. Not so sure what scientific phenomenon does this, but I'm wondering if this happens to other people. Although I haven't had any problems, don't hold me for any problems.
