P2 LCD Won't Turn On?

My P2 LCD will not turn on, I have tried the reset button. I can listen to music by pressing the play button/power button. I charged it up all the way, so I know its not out of batteries. I do not know what to do. Thanks in advance

maybe the led burned out? have you tried calling samsung? are you still under warranty?

try shining it with a flashlight, if you can see it under direct light, it means the leds inside has burned out but the screen is still working.

otherwise, call samsung or use your warranty to get a replacement
