I used the screen protector that came with my P2...is there a way to apply it without getting a million air bubbles? It takes all the sexiness of my P2 away!
Thanks |

That will most likely damage the mp3 player so don't do that... And I agree... at first I thought i put it in wrong because I put it on in the car after I picked it up at CircuitCity...(Was too excited) But then, I got tons of dust and bubbles...-_- Well, I only use it when I put the mp3 player away. Other than that, I just slap it onto my desk and it stays ![]() Does Chinalace really work? whatever that is? And, does anyone know if there's any protective case for p2? im getting scratches on the back because other people who look at it, slide it across the table back to me...really frustrating... |

invisible shield only makes a screen cover nothing for the back in pretty sure.
protech is made of the same stuff though, and has a full body case. i've never used it but i have a case and the stock protector, so i dont know how well it works |

I have the Protech one and it's fine, but I ended up taking off the back because I didn't like the way it felt. The nice thing about it is that you apply it wet, and when it dries there are no bubbles, even if you get water trapped under the screen protector.

I hate cases and screen protectors. I just put mine in a microfiber bag (originally for some sunglasses of mine) and that in my pocket. Works just fine and theres a little extra room that I fold over for padding.

Instead of buying a ridiculously overpriced Invisible Shield or Best Skin Ever, here's some excellent screen protector that costs almost nothing and works extremely well: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.217 I use those protectors on all my devices and have yet to find better ones.

Get yourself a nice thin sleek silicone skin/case off ebay. Cost you $6 shipped anywhere in the world. Won't do anything for the screen but if you want to protect the rest of it.. get a silicone skin.
Look my usename up on youtube... I've got a video made just showing off my silicone P2 skin. |

Use water (not much lol) between the P2 and protector, then do the credit card thing.

clean surface of P2 and dry. then take screen protector and start towards bottom edge of P2 hold your finger at edge to have a control stop and kinda bend film while covering screen. you will get air bubbles but towards the edge but can be rubbed out. make sure your not in a windy place or next to a fan. by bending the film you adjust position of film and pull back if it doesnt seem right while still havin film at the edge.
believe me i have bought many screen protectors from ebay cuz at 1st i would f*ck it up. there very cheap its the damn shippin that cost....lmao

PS: Any time you apply a screen protector do it in a bathroom w/the shower running. This allows the screen to be slightly damp (condensation), gets all the dust out of the air (which sometimes gets under the screen protector), and since it's damp, smooth out tye air bubbles. Makes for a perfect application IMO.

anybody who wants a quality case go to this Link
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....ci_sku=8577934 I bought it around a week ago and it's great. Dust protecting screen (No air bubbles, thank GOD.), it's soft and has a rotating belt clip and an armband. armband is removable but not the clip. oh well and the only downside is switching the hold button is a bit harder than you'd expect. but it's great and its easy to put on your mp3 and it also leaves space for clear mic recordings and the headphone jack! The button's aren't exposed though, but there are white drawings of where the buttons SHOULD be if you put the case on right. Happy..Casing. XD
