After many searches and queries, I thought I'd just ask people who actually own a product and (hopefully) have experienced my inquiries.
As it seems for me at the moment, the P2 could have a feature no other mp3 player in the market have at the moment (except perhaps iPod, but that's not an option here). My question regards 2 way syncing between the P2 and wmp11, and what brought me to this forum was this post: http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...ad.php?t=32158 According to huggz76 (which have never replied to rubennyc) the P2 (and apparently the t9 also) support fully 2-way sync between the player and wmp11. I.e. modifying the rating of a song in the P2 would be reflected upon sync with wmp library, and vice versa, and so forth with play count and last play date. Does anyone owning P2 can confirm that this is true? I would become a very proud and happy owner if the latter is true. Thank you all! |

I do not think it is possible to "rate" songs on your P2. The only other thing I can think of that could be modifiable on the P2 would be the play count.
I use the drag and drop transfer method, so I can't help you with the rest of it, but IMO those features do not seem like the type of features that would be the deciding factor in purchasing a mp3 player. |

Well, for my needs, these are the ONLY things I need in a DAP, anything else is just extra. Anyways, Alienx, do you know if upon sync the rating you have changed/set sync as well? What about play count and dlp?
